Invitation

We knew we wanted a formal invitation, but the ones that we saw in the shops really weren't very good. None of the cards had the look we wanted, being either too generic or just plain boring. Enter Hoon Im. :)

I've known Hoon since we met at Berkeley in 1985. He's got all of the qualities you could want in a friend: honest, trustworthy, accepting, generous and humble. The last one in particular is the reason Hoon gets his own page here and special Kudos. Not only did he single-handedly do all the design work, photo integration, and printing of our invitations and programs, but also was the "invisible hand" that helped make the wedding run so smoothly behind the scenes on the day.

The good guys often don't get seen for what they do, never mind acknowledged for their efforts. Hoon, not only are you one of the "good" guys, people should know you're the best. :)

Hoon put up with a lot. Font changes, picture changes, you name it. I had only met him once before on David's birthday party, but he let me boss him around as if I had known him forever.
